I understand that personal trekking gear, medical and rescue insurance are not covered and should be arranged independently.

I confirm that I do not have any known medical conditions preventing me from participating in this trekking.

The fee excludes tipping and gratuities to the guides and staff (Recommended by Nepali culture)

The fees stated herein cover the specified itinerary for a duration of 13 days from the commencement of the trip. Any extension beyond the initial 13-day period will incur additional charges at a rate to be determined by HCLT.

I grant a permission for TREES to use excerpts from the application.

I fully commit to the non-discrimination pledge, understanding that any discriminatory language, attitudes, or actions will not be tolerated during the trek.

I wholeheartedly pledge to eliminate the use of plastic entirely and opt for plastic-free alternatives throughout this trek.

I hereby authorize the use of my photos and videos for promotional purposes related to the event.

I understand that single room accommodation will incur an additional cost and must be mentioned in advance in the registration form.

Standard three meals a day are included in the package. Energy bars, other snacks and drinks should be managed by the participants themselves.
