After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address.
To complete your registration, follow these steps:
• Click on the link provided to make the payment.
• Take a screenshot of the payment receipt.
• Send the screenshot to [email protected].
You will receive a notification confirming your program acceptance no later than 2 days after completing your application. Please add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure that our reply does not go to your spam folder. If you do not receive a reply within 2 days, please check your spam folder.
Note: The application fee is non-refundable.
Payment Details
After 28, 14 or 2 days without payment, admission will be withdrawn, and the non-refundable application fee will be forfeited. In this case, if you wish to reapply for admission, you will be required to pay a new non-refundable application fee.

Inclusions
• Twin-sharing or double accommodation for two nights in a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu, including breakfast. Private room accommodation is available at an additional cost.
• Twin-sharing guesthouse accommodation during the trek for 11 nights in the Everest Region, with attached toilets in Lukla, Phakding, and Namche.
• All standard meals during the trek (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), including one hot drink and seasonal fruits.
• Experienced, first-aid trained, government-licensed, English-speaking guide.
• Permits for Sagarmatha/Everest National Park and TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System).
• Porters during the trek to carry luggage (1 porter for every 2 clients).
• Wages, accommodation, meals, gear, insurance, and medications for all staff.
• Filtered water on the trails using a water filter or purification tablets.
• Round-trip airfare between Manthali and Lukla.
• HCLT Program Participation certificate.
• A farewell dinner on the last night in Nepal.
• All administrative expenses and government taxes.
Exclusions
• International flight fare and airport departure tax.
• Any beverages, including bottled and boiled water.
• Travel insurance, including high-altitude emergency evacuation coverage.
• Tips for trekking staff and drivers.
• Nepal Entry Visa (Visa can be acquired upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu for a fee of USD 50 for a 30-day visa and USD 125 for a 90-day visa).
• Personal trekking gear and equipment.
• Any expenses not mentioned in the Price Include section.
